RWC-129 - (DX1, DX5, DX7, RX11)
RWC-129 is a
newly manufactured Rewritable Cartridge that can be used in place of
Yamaha RAM1 (also called "DATA RAM")
cartridge.
RWC-129 is
compatible with the following Yamaha devices:
DX1, DX5, DX7 (Mk.
1), RX11.
A
single RWC-129 can store data of different devices (from the list
above).
If properly
formatted, RWC-129 can also be used as a Performance
Cartridge on Yamaha
DX1 and DX5 (see Owner's Manuals of respective synthesizers for the
formatting procedure).
FEATURES
32 cartridges in 1, for a total of 1024 patches: 32 times the size of the factory Yamaha RAM1 cartridge (1024K)
Rewritable
No internal battery
Memory PROTECT switch: prevents writing operations and keeps your data safe
User-friendly interface: banks are accessed by a 16-position CARTRIDGE SELECTOR rotary switch and a LEVEL switch (LEVELs I and II): just think of having 16 cartridges for each LEVEL
Selected LEVEL and CARTRIDGE are displayed on the label graphics
Banks can be switched on the fly: no need to remove and reinsert the cartridge
Industrial manufactured plastic case:
- No low-cost/low-quality 3D printed case
- Replicates the shape and design of the original Yamaha cartridge
- Fits perfectly the cartridge slot
- Fully covers contact pins
Rear label with 2 columns (LEVELs I and II) and 16 rows (CARTRIDGEs 1 to 16) allows to write down all the bank names contained in the cartridge
Preloaded with a very nice selection of 32 banks (1024 patches), including the Yamaha factory library (ROM1 to ROM4) and many more
